With  over 20 years of experience in multiple organizational settings Dr. Lisa has two advanced degrees in organizational management and   psychology. As an organizational psychologist there isn't much that surprises her or has experienced. She's worked on enterprise-wide change initiatives, small & large scale technology and data migrations, culture and staffing changes, organizational redesigns, and strategy changes. 


Change requires a deliberate and thoughtful approach. Not all change is the same. Working with the organizational leader or change agent, a needs assessment will be conducted to determine the appropriate approach and the organizational capacity. Change takes a team and Dr. Lisa will coach and guide at the level needed.
